When is owner supervision needed?

The need for owner supervision depends on the type of building or structure, the nature of the construction work and the applicable requirements. Even when supervision is not mandatory, independent inspections help protect the client’s interests and prevent construction defects.

Can supervision start after construction has begun?

Yes. We can join a project during construction. We first assess the current condition of the site, the existing documentation and the risks associated with work in progress.

How often does the supervisor visit the site?

The frequency of site visits depends on the construction stage and the agreed scope of supervision. We schedule more frequent inspections during critical stages and before work is concealed.

Do you provide supervision outside Tallinn?

Yes. We provide construction supervision in Tallinn, Harju County and, by agreement, at sites throughout Estonia.

Can you help with documentation and the use permit?

We check that the as-built documentation is in order and, by agreement, can help with the documents needed for project completion and the use permit application.
