According to the law, owner supervision is involved:
1. if a building permit is required for construction;

3. if a construction project is required upon application for a permit for use;

5. during a significant reconstruction of the building.
The owner supervision inspects the construction after the project, in accordance with the norms, standards and agreements agreed between the Client and the Builder (performance of the Construction Contract).
Inspection of the materials and solutions used, occupational safety inspection, volume inspection and quality control are the tasks of owner supervision.
Resolving the contradictions between the parts of the project and solving the problems during the construction in a complex and complete way, from the issuance of the Building Permit until the end of the warranty period.

In co-operation with the Kredex preparation and execution of construction procurements in accordance with the Regulation and related counseling of the Kredex. Including preparation for requesting offers from building companies to assess which works need to be ordered and obtaining and preparing the necessary documents, price calculations, preparation of construction budget, requesting tenders, specification, comparison and analysis of received tenders, submission of assessments and opinions to the Beneficiary and related Beneficiary consultation.
