Technical Consult OÜ helps clients manage construction projects from preparation and design through to handover. We coordinate budgets, schedules and collaboration between project participants in Tallinn and across Estonia.
We help prepare budgets and schedules, plan cash flow and coordinate design work. We support clients with tender preparation, comparison of bids and clarification of contract terms.
We coordinate construction work and collaboration between project participants, and help organise the compilation of documentation and project handover. Support during the warranty period is agreed separately.
In co-operation with the Kredex preparation and execution of construction procurements in accordance with the Regulation and related counseling of the Kredex. Including preparation for requesting offers from building companies to assess which works need to be ordered and obtaining and preparing the necessary documents, price calculations, preparation of construction budget, requesting tenders, specification, comparison and analysis of received tenders, submission of assessments and opinions to the Beneficiary and related Beneficiary consultation.
